You can request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery. PLUOVA will cover the full cost of your first size exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and the original tag is still attached.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and the original tag is still attached. Return shipping costs 120 EGP depending on the delivery area.

What does inspection on delivery mean?

You may open the shipment and visually check the product style, color, the size shown on the tag, and confirm that there is no visible defect. Inspection does not include trying on the pants or removing the tag while the courier is present.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, PLUOVA will provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees.
